Our annual online auction is one of the PTO’s biggest fundraisers, and it’s all about rallying our community to support our school. 

Team members help:

Gather Donations: Reach out to local businesses, families, and organizations for auction items or services.
Create Buzz: Help promote the auction on social media, newsletters, and school channels.
Organize & Upload: Photograph items, write fun descriptions, and post them to our auction platform.
Engage Bidders: Keep the excitement going with updates, reminders, and “last call” alerts.
 

You don’t need special experience — just a bit of creativity, some team spirit, and the willingness to pitch in. Best of all, most of the work can be done from home on your own schedule!

Love the smell of fresh popcorn? Want to make Fridays extra fun for our students? Join the PTO Popcorn Team!

The team's job is simple but impactful:

Pop & Bag: Help pop and bag popcorn on Friday mornings.
Distribute & Delight: Deliver to classrooms or sell during lunch periods.
Spread the Joy: Be part of creating happy memories for our kids.
 

It’s a great way to connect with other parents, see the smiles on students’ faces, and be part of a fun, low-pressure volunteer team.

Nothing says autumn like big, beautiful mums on the porch — and our PTO Mums Sale is a favorite way to brighten up the season while raising funds for our school!

The Mums Team helps make it all happen by: 

Pickup Day Magic: Helping unload, sort, and distribute plants so everyone gets the colors they love.
Community Spirit: Promoting the sale through flyers, social media, and word of mouth.
 

It’s a short-term commitment with a big payoff — a few hours of your time means more resources for our kids and a school filled with fall cheer. Plus, you’ll get to spend a crisp autumn day surrounded by gorgeous blooms and fun people.

Our Holiday Shop is a treasured tradition, giving students the chance to pick out special gifts for family and friends all by themselves. It’s a heartwarming way for kids to experience the joy of giving — and we need a team of holiday helpers to make it happen!

The Holiday Shop Team helps with:

Planning & Ordering: Select affordable, fun items for all ages.
Setup & Decor: Turn the space into a winter wonderland that sparks excitement.
Shopping Assistance: Help students choose just the right gifts (and stay on budget!).
Wrap & Deliver: Provide gift bags or wrapping so surprises stay secret.
 

It’s a short-term commitment filled with big smiles, festive music, and a whole lot of holiday spirit. Even a few hours of your time can make a huge difference in creating magical memories for our students.

Our Trunk or Treat Team is a fun-filled school tradition that brings families together for an evening of costumes, candy, games, and Halloween fun!

The team will:

• Recruit families to decorate trunks and hand out treats.
• Help organize games, activities, and festive touches.
• Assist with setup, event activities, and cleanup.

Our teachers and staff give their all every single day — and the Teacher Appreciation & Hospitality Team makes sure they know just how much they mean to us. From special treats to heartfelt surprises, you’ll help us create moments that say, “We appreciate you!”

The team helps with:

Teacher Appreciation Week: Plan and organize themed days, small gifts, and surprise treats.
Hospitality Events: Set up snacks, coffee bars, or meals for staff meetings, conferences, and special occasions.
Creative Thank-Yous: Design bulletin boards, cards, or displays that showcase student and family gratitude.
Community Spirit: Coordinate donations from families and local businesses to make celebrations extra special.

The Positivity Team helps create a welcoming, encouraging school community by finding fun and meaningful ways to spread kindness and school spirit throughout the year.

Help plan small acts of kindness and positivity to celebrate students, teachers, and staff by creating encouraging notes, surprises, and school-wide activities. All this will help bring a little extra joy to ordinary school days!

This is a flexible, feel-good committee for anyone who loves making people smile and helping build a positive school community!

We totally understand how busy you are! If you'd like to help but just don't know how or when, our "on-call" team is for you! If we need a few extra hands, we'll contact the on-call team to see if anyone is available to pitch in. This is a great way to help out if you can!
